Legal Administrative Assistant & Alberta Court Agent

Ortensia Galdamez serves as both a Legal Administrative Assistant and Alberta Court Agent with AJ Murray Legal Services P.C. In her dual role, she provides administrative support to our legal team while assisting with file preparation, legal research, document drafting, and client service for matters handled through our Alberta office.

Ortensia completed her Legal Assistant Diploma at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT), where she developed a strong foundation in legal procedures, legal writing, litigation, real estate, corporate law, wills and estates, and criminal law. During her tenure with a Calgary law firm, she gained practical experience drafting legal documents, preparing court materials, organizing trial binders, managing legal files, and working with court filing systems.

As part of both our Ontario and Alberta team, Ortensia assists with legal research, document preparation, file organization, client communication, and procedural support. She works closely with clients and legal professionals to help ensure matters are managed efficiently and professionally. While AJ Murray Legal Services P.C. does not provide legal representation in Alberta, Ortensia plays an important role in supporting our Alberta-based legal services, including legal research, form completion, document structuring, and file preparation.
