Terms and Conditions for Monthly Subscription
1. Subscription Overview
By subscribing to our monthly legal consultation service, clients receive access to scheduled legal consultations each month, as outlined in the subscription plan.
2. Consultation Details
Each subscription includes a specified number of consultation hours per month. Unused hours do not roll over to the following month unless otherwise stated in the subscription agreement.
3. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed on a monthly basis and are payable in advance. All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
4. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions will automatically renew each month unless cancelled by the client at least 30 days before the renewal date. Clients will receive a notification prior to the renewal.
5. Cancellation Policy
Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time, subject to a cancellation notice period of 30 days. Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing to info@ajmurraylaw.ca.
6. Modification of Subscription Plans
We reserve the right to modify subscription plans, including fees and consultation hours, with prior notice to subscribers. Subscribers may choose to accept the changes or cancel their subscription.
7. Limitations of Service
The subscription service is intended for consultations only and does not replace the need for full legal representation or other legal services outside the scope of the subscription.
8. Confidentiality
All consultations will be conducted in accordance with professional confidentiality standards. We are committed to safeguarding your personal and legal information.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or relating to this .subscription will be resolved through a dispute resolution method, within the jurisdiction of Ontario.
10. Amendments to Terms
We may amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Subscribers will be notified of any significant changes and may choose to accept the amendments or cancel the subscription.
