Amri Murray

Licensed Paralegal &

Notary Public

Amri Murray is a Licensed Paralegal and Notary public who is very experienced with handling Small Claims Court matters, Human Rights, Landlord and Tenant disputes along with Provincial Offences. Amri holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law with Honors from the University of London. She advanced as the top student of her paralegal graduating class with an award of merit.

Amri is a knowledgeable and well-respected professional who gained valuable legal experience and insight while employed at one of the most prestigious law firms in Canada.  With over 13 years of experience within the legal industry, Amri seeks to do her part in utilizing our justice system to preserve the basic values of fairness, honesty, and equality for all.

Arashdeep Grewal

Arashdeep Grewal is an experienced Paralegal licensed by the Law Society of Ontario. Arashdeep is enthusiastic about her work and diligently ensures that all her client’s needs are met. Her exceptional legal knowledge and transparency allows clients to feel at ease and confident in the services she provides.

Joey Clavette

Notary Public

Joey Clavette is a Licensed Paralegal with the Law Society of Ontario and a Notary Public. He provides outstanding legal services to Provincial Offence defendants, landlords, tenants, and civil litigants. Joey has a background in media and social projects involving the homeless. His clients notice his experience shines through in his legal work with top-notch legal drafting and exceptional client communication. 

Joey received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Ottawa in Philosophy in 2018. Owing to his philosophical training, legal research and analysis come naturally to Joey. Joey later enrolled in a paralegal program, graduating with honours from Herzing College and soon after received his license to practise from the LSO.

Dakota Kelly

Licensed Paralegal &

Notary Public

Dakota Kelly is a Licensed Paralegal and Notary Public in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. He is tenacious and client oriented. He has successfully found favorable remedies for his clients before the Ontario Court of Justice, Small Claims Court and the Landlord and Tenant Tribunal. Mr. Kelly strives to provide the best legal representation for his clients and access to Justice for all.

Ashley Rodriguez

Legal Administrative Assistant

Ashley Rodriguez opens the line of communication between clients, and our paralegals. She joined AJ Murray Legal Services in 2022 and has consistently provided excellent support for our clients as well as our paralegals. Ashley believes in teamwork, open collaboration and communication. Prior to AJ Murray she worked as an AA for a therapy centre. This provided her with the experience to easily navigate clientele and accommodate their requests as well as learn to properly give a listening ear. She studied Psychology with a minor in Law at Carleton University and graduated with honours. Ashley will be the first person you speak with when you call our office. Ashley will welcome you and guide you with great efficiency.

Tira Muise

Licensed Paralegal

Tira Muise embarked on her legal journey in Halifax, Nova Scotia by earning honors in a legal administration assistant program. Over the subsequent years, she held various legal administration roles with different law firms focusing on criminal defence, family law, insurance defence litigation, and real estate. Motivated by a desire to advance her education and pursue her passion for advocating for others, Ms. Muise relocated to Ontario, where she successfully completed Mohawk College's Paralegal program and acquired her license to offer legal services.

 

With steadfast dedication, Ms. Muise honed her expertise by immersing herself in the intricacies of the Residential Tenancies Act, the Landlord Tenant Board Rules, Practice Directions, and Interpretation Guidelines. She dedicated numerous hours to this area of practice, through analyzing decisions, and ensuring that she provides her clients with the most comprehensive and effective representation possible.
